Who you pay. Collector is bought on our website through Stripe's checkout. Stripe's affiliate Link, LLC is the merchant of record: it takes the payment, collects any sales tax and sends your receipts. Your card statement will show LINK.COM* GUNCOLLECTOR. We never see or store your full card number. The iPhone and Android apps don't sell subscriptions; a plan bought on the website applies wherever you sign in.
Automatic renewal. Collector renews at the end of each month or year, depending on what you chose, until you cancel. Before a yearly plan renews, you'll get a reminder email.
Cancelling. Cancel any time in the web app under Settings → Plan → Manage billing. You keep Collector until the end of the period you've paid for and aren't charged again.
Refunds. Except where the law requires otherwise, payments are non-refundable, and there are no refunds or credits for partial periods. If you think you were charged in error, email support@guncollector.app.
If a plan ends. Nothing you've recorded is hidden or deleted. You just can't add more firearms while you're over the free limit. You can export everything at any time, on either plan.
Price changes. We'll email you at least 30 days before a new price applies to your subscription, and you can cancel before it does.
